Called my cell phone and called my daughter's cell phone. Robert Ellers, legal courier, says he is based out of our county. Serving paperwork with address and last 4 of social. Contact 833-488-8716 to stop filing party or will be out tomorrow.
First I was caught off guard and same as all the rest, now I unfortunately called the number back, and asked for the original creditor, and signed the supposedly letter. Interesting enough they had my address incorrect and it is not a legitimate letter, and I closed my account with credit one over 11 years ago! I will not be scammed like I almost was today!
