Claimed to be regarding tax debt. I don't owe taxes, ever, so this is bs. Don't fall for it even if you have debt related to taxes.
Received a voicemail from "David Bellows from 'our Department of Tax, Debt and Financial Settlement services". I do not have any tax debt, assuming this is just a phishing scam.
Received a call from this number a few minutes ago at my office. They said that it was a notification call from their Department of Tax, Debt, and Financial Settlement services. They said there are new programs that can help reduce or eliminate debt completely. That is possible that my tax debt can be now considered temporarily non-collective. Their return call back number is 833-577-2558. But the incoming call came from Canton, Texas number 903-502-2306. Pretty sure it's a scam.
Two days ago on the 6/5/2022 this number 8335772558 tried to call me. I answered the phone but there was nobody on the other side. I decided to call it back but we were cut off. I thought it was a problem with connection so I called it again but this time the number 8335772558 was engaged. If it is something important, I'm sure they will call me again
