Total scam - same message as the other comment, but it was "Tammy Bridges" who called me sounding like she was definitely not from the United States.
Text from 817 969 0098 about bogus debt: "My name is Patty Davis. This is a notification call from our department of tax debt and financial Settlement Services. There are new programs that can help you reduce or eliminate your debt completely. It is possible that your tax debt can now be considered temporarily non collectible.
