Complete scam! Someone claiming that social security number has been suspended. If you want to have some fun, call them and tie up their time so at least they will not be bothering someone else. Fake an accent and express shock and dismay. Keep them on the line as long as possible. Ask for a supervisor then another one then another one. Keep them talking for as long as possible. In short waste their time.
