First I got a call from 915-201-4491 stating that I am been summon and to call 833-734-3015. They call my brother and left him the same message. So I call the 833- number and they said that I owed to Capital One. That during a company that got hack my information was available and that money had been recover but they still want other dues. The person that answer gave me a case number and mention that they are from the office of Michael Gopin and that I am a defendant in a civil lawsuit.
Left voice mail claiming to possess”court ordered documents.” for my daughter who doesn’t live with me. Strange accent, sounded as if he was intentionally blurring the name of the “law firm.” This is a scam.
They say that they are going to file a lawsuit to collect for a unpaid debt. Said they are going to garnish my wages. They called my place of work and told them there is a court summons in California.
