Sounded like robocaller. Blocked number
A random telephone number used by Credence Resource Management, LLC a collection agency used by ATT Uverse/DIRECTV and other unscrupulous businesses to recoup for their overcharged services. The collection agency will not leave a voice message. They prefer to call multiple times and let the phone ring multiple times. ATT is good for overcharging for services for the money.
Called at 9 AM on my home-phone: I didn't recognize the # so I didn't answer. No message left, confirming my suspicion. Five minutes later, my cell phone rang, displaying the same number. I checked the area code on an ""Area Code"" index I keep and it was not there- meaning the call is coming from outside this country!

Called me and I declined and literally called 7 times after that, abs I couldn’t use my phone until I blocked them. If it’s important they will leave a message. Most likely spam
Called yesterday and today and they were calling me at almost 8pm. Both times they never left a message. Never tried to call it back, my experience says that if they do not leave a message they are probably a telemarketer or a robo call, which are now illegal yet we still get these calls.
