When this number shows up it is a recorded message for someone other than me. I do know who the person they are calling for is. I simply hang up. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. If you follow the directions on the line they WILL REVEAL ALL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION THEY HAVE ON YOU. The claim is you took out a loan and they will almost instantly settle for far less than the said loan amount. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AGREE OR DISAGREE WITH THE PERSONAL INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE YOU. Once you do they now have a good enough personal information on you to open any and all types of credit in your name. You will then have to dispute the open accounts and possibly hire a lawyer to help you clean up the mess that is left behind the damages they created in your name.
I received a called on my cell from this phone number. They said that they were from a Samuel Goldstein Board of Ligation. They had my social and everything, talking about a loan that I had which is almost 10 years old and that the loan company wanted to settle for $800 and the loan was $3000. They are full of crap. Time these government checks come out here comes the wolves. I told them to talk to my lawer.

I would receive this phone number 8435945010 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 4/15/2020
