Automated voicemail claiming they were DIRECTV and wanted to give me 50% off my bill. That never happens. Definitely spam, don't fall for it.
Called me from the number 844-364-8088. Claimed they’re from AT&T and they want to give me $200 for being a loyal customer. I almost believed it bc they never gave me my $250 for signing up with them, but then I looked up this number amd saw similar comments that it’s a scam. I’m glad I did read the comments. I’m still losses I never got my money from AT&T for signing w them as promised a year and a half ago.
They called me several times recently from the number 844-364-8088 . A man on the other end claimed he was from AT&T DirecTV (I don't think he is) . He offered to give me a discount. Quite suspicious, isn't it? Who gives discounts for nothing. I think he was trying to access my account. I don't think it's a good idea to provide them with this, as they will be able to steal your details.
Got a call from this phone number 8443648088 today in the morning, they left no message. It is risky to answer unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anything important, they will leave a message on voice mail.
