Claims to be collecting funds for police organization. Being in law enforcement for over 33 years I can tell you that any honest police organization WILL NOT solicit funds by phone. Good chance they are just trying to get your info/credit card number.
Never a good sign when someone calls and leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize the number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 3/8/2022 from the number 8444282916
