I too got an email. My email was from brian murtha in New York, it said I ordered a 550 watt hammer drill. They wanted payment for $531 and change. Said they were from the cancellation dept, and did I want to cancel order, they would refund my money. I called back 16 times today till they blocked my number. Tomorrow I'm gonna start calling again from a phone # from another state. I'm going to keep doing it bacause I'm bored and don't like people trying to con me out of money.
GEEKSQUAD assistance desk 18444510169 item ordered - three year Pro+ WSLC1912 cost 521.48 have not been in a best buy for over five years - would not have gave out this e mail address to them if i had contacted them for anything. contacted best buy store near me and gave them the order number from email. will have bank not accept any charge summited for the next 12 days without my permission and will stop by the Colorado attorney generals office tomorrow to file papers. 03/23/2022
