I received a call that went to voicemail on Tuesday April 21, 2020 and again today Thursday, April 23, 2020 stating they were Cox I was asked to enter my ZIP Code and which I did and it told me my ZIP Code was incorrect and to re-enter it I put it in a second time knowing that my ZIP Code was correct and it was going to transfer me so I hung up and I already know no matter which number you call for Cox cable it’s always a mans voice not a woman’s. Then I even called Cox to verify that I knew it was a man’s voice and I have two different phone numbers of theirs that I call and both of them are the same man’s face so very suspicious definitely trying to get information glad my ZIP Code came up incorrect for them

Got a call from this number wanting to discuss my cox information online (didn’t answer cause it popped up potential spam on my phone, left automated message). This number is different from the local number that calls me.
Called and said I immediately needed to address my Cox Communications account. Definitely phishing for information. I never received a direct email from Cox, who is my internet provider, and even called to make sure everything was okay. Definitely a scam call.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 4/16/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
