Man with a distinctive East Indian voice phoned and woke me up so I wasn't quite on my game. Told me my Amazon account had been hacked. Asked me if I had purchased an Apple I-Phone and 77 pairs of shoes. Of course I had not. I logged on to my Amazon account on my computer and didn't see any purchase. Man said that was because it was being held for security purposes. Then I asked him if this was a scam to which he replied ""no"". He seemed really nervous so I hung up. I changed my Amazon password and removed all my saved credit card information. Hope that will be enough.

Caller said a $900.00 phone was ordered on my Amazon account. They wanted me to sign on my Amazon account on my computer. When I asked for their phone number and I would call them back, they hung up.

Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 6/17/2020
