I have no idea who this is. I answered, heard about 1/2 bar of music . . . then silent, but, after a couple of seconds a woman said ""Hello"" and my first name (strange accent, kind of Czech, Russian etc.) then silent for about 30 seconds before they disconnected. Obviously, very strange. I guess I would agree with he comments about an ""old debt collector"" . . . sounds like the like of thing that they would do.
Calls 3-5 times per day. They do not leave a message, if you do answer there is silence.
Midland Debt Collectors. They are a fake debt collection company. These fraudsters are obtaining old debt information (creditor names, account numbers, etc.) and trying to scare you with fraudulent collection practices in order to collect money from you. Don't fall for it. They call from similar numbers (844-723-5301, 844-723-5311) at least three times a day. Most calls occur in the afternoon almost 45 mins to an hour apart. I've gotten toll free calls, Minnesota calls, California calls and Arizona calls from these punks. Not sure why Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile/Sprint and the FCC can't stop these international a**holes.
They call from several different numbers they are bottom feeders and need to be reported to the FCC

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 5/8/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
