Left voice mail claiming my account they had on record was to be charged from bank account or plastic card for renewal of subscription in the next 24 hrs. for $299. Call back if wish to cancel or if not a customer.

Claimed to be the Computer Support Company (with no specific name other than that) that I supposedly paid services for, and that since their company was shutting down, their automated system said that they were offering a refund. They said to push a specific button if I either: wated that refund, refused to accept the refund, or wanted to be added to their do not call list.

Same as others.... this is a bogus call....HANG UP THE PHONE

I ASKED IF REFUND COULD BE MAILED TO ME. THEY HANGED UP.

They keep calling. When I pick up, the recorded message is the same as the other reports.

Has called many times but possibly not all from this number. Always leaves voicemail saying “company is shutting down.....do I want a refund.....yada, yada......and other options......do not delete message.....They don’t give the company name. I finally blocked this #.

Scammers preying on the elderly, claiming they are from the ""Computer Refund Department"". They have called my parents no fewer than 20 times in the last month even after we've told them to stop, asked to be put on the ""do not call list"" and called them predators and thieves. No legit company would continue to make calls and work so hard to give a ""refund"" after several polite ""no thank you's"", let alone after the more animated responses we've given.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 9/28/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
