I got a call from this number saying it was Comcast. When I called I got a foreign man’s voice on the phone. He tried to assure me he could help me and was overly assuring but didn’t have my name or phone number. I ended up hanging up saying I would go to the Comcast store for help.

They are constantly calling. I don't know who it is. Caller ID says Unknown. I bet its the people who say " your car warranty has expired. We can help".
I would receive this phone number 8449630231 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number since my phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
