I had a call. Some guy left a message about possible suspicious charges on a department store credit card.
I called number back. There were automated answer which gave information on $900 rejected charge. Then transferred to live person with strange accent. He asked many questions wanted more information security number. Then require cell phone verification, needed video of me answering question for security without which he could not unlock my account. Hung up. Cancelled my card immediately and will send me new one.
