This joker called saying he was from RDS trying to deliver a package with a ref # that required a signature. Claiming I had a credit card with HSBC opened in 2009 that was sold to Capitol one. Claimed I owed $4000 and that I was being taken to court in my county to be sued for the money since I stopped paying on it last year (2020). This is a lie, considering I have a card with Capitol one that I still use to this day. Seemed really suspicious that this guy who was legal for a delivery service knew details about me and details into a supposed court case from a credit card company. I called Capitol one and nothing on file, as well as the local court house and they have nothing. Be careful of this scam artist.
This number called 2 family members in 2 different states, (in 20 minutes) mentioning me and a 'delivery' and a reference #. Totally fishy to me. Why would somebody call family? And a 'delivery""?... sounds like BS. I'm not expecting any deliveries that are not UPS or USPS or fedex... And this is not my first rodeo.
