855-332-1005 – caller information and user reviews

Received a call from that number last week. Next day a call from suffix 1004. Didn't guite catch the name of supposed company. Caller had a strong foreign accent with proper Enlish grammer. The caller , in my opinion, was trying to collect personal info. I didn't answer the call but called the number back. I was advise that I (apparently) have been using, for over ten years, Microsoft services via other sites and providers I use(d) that utilized Microsoft's programs,etc. In turn I told him where to go. He claims I will be sent a letter .... blah-blah-blah. I told him to do what he needs to do and I will send them a cease and desist prior to taking legal action against hiis "" company""

Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 5/7/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
