Called this number which is posing as a Citi Bank Customer Service center. Their process was suspicious and led to being connected to a machine that wanted me to give them my checking or savings account info. Called a better number after doing a more attentive search, and got the real deal. NEVER GIVE ACCOUNT OR ROUTING NUMBERS!
