Say they are securian a process server firm and you are being charged etc. and will own all attorney fees, etc. Once they get your card number (unique process servers as they can negotiate a DEAL for you to not be served or go to court) they charge you, set up monthly billing to clear your debt, caller, Jordan, said they were filing on behalf of cash net. Had info on me. The charge comes from UNIVERSAL and if you look that up other scams associated with it.
They call daily but never leave a message, so I blocked the number.
Direct TV/Att fraud / Indian Scammers block if you ever get a call.
