My parents, me and my husband keep receiving calls from this phone number and they will not stop. They're relentless, they call and call and call and then, nothing for a few weeks. Then it starts back up again. I don't answer but I'm thinking I should just to see if I can get them to stop! This is the recording they leave and they use my divorced last name which, I've been divorced since 2009 and remarried in 2012. Very annoying they bother my parents mainly. I am an attorney and received this scam call. I started to ask questions and when I relayed I was an attorney he hung up. Listen up everyone, if there is a lawsuit, you are served with one first! do not buy into this scam.

I just got the same call from a man named Micheal Pendagrass 1-855-411-6933 with a audit number SB727197 also.

Scam call! Received the same ""Michael Penderergraph"" message regarding my sister who by the way, past a year ago. Didn't return the call, and do not plan to.

Got a call from them this morning saying I was related to the person they were looking for and wanted me to help them locate him. First off, he is is Facebook and they can easily find him there. I am not related to this person and have not seen that family in over 30 years. You would think they would be calling his family or friends listed on Facebook and not someone he does not even remember 30 years later. I hung up when the caller started saying they could come after me if they could not find him. What a joke. If they guy can't pay his bills, he can ask him mommy and daddy and they will bail him out like they always have for their 'baby' boy who never grew into a mature adult and always just takes with no consideration for others.

I RECEIVE THE SAME PHONE CALL THIS MORNING FROM A MICHEAL PENDERGRAPH WITH A UNKNOWN AND I HAVE BLOCK THAT PHONE NUMBER [ 855- 411- 6933 ] WHICH IS VERY MUCH A SCAM. ANY PHONE NUMBER THAT COMES UP UNKNOWN WITHOUT A NAME THAT I DON'T KNOW GETS BLOCKED AT ALL TIME. THAT ARE UGLY AND THEY WANT TO FIGHT WITH YOU SO I HAD A THING PUT ON MY PHONE THAT LETS ME KNOW THAT IT IS A SCAM PHONE NUMBER. JUST GO ON THE INTERNET AND LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER AND IT WILL TELL YOU THAT IT IS A SCAM PHONE CALL.

They called my cell & my home phone with the same message on a scammer beware page. They are looking for my daughter, It is a roboscam caller trying to scare you into thinking you have some kind of violation. My daughter is married and hasn't lived with us for over 13 years. I stupidly called them back, and they say they got my number from the federal data base and could see she is my daughter.
