I get called by 855-429-1168 every day. Never leaves a message. Called back one day from another phone , they claim to be the NJ Department of Health, but it sounds more like a foreign call center.
I called the number back and there was a message that it was a ******* hotline. The name that comes up on my phone is NavientNJ. I did not wait for someone to get on the phone or leave a message. When this caller calls me they do not leave a message and just hang up. I think this is a scam call.
When an unknown number like the one 8554291168 is calling I never answer. I don't like telemarketers. If it was something important they would leave a voice message. But they didn't. I think it is another telephone ad.
