We experienced the same recorded call and mention of $399 charge. I called back, they just said 'hello' without identifying the company. When pressed fir who and why the call, they say Geek Solutions. He wanted to walk me through a removal of software to discontinue supposed services, which we did NOT do. The call ended when I started to ask more questions related to the company.
got a call claiming that they would charge me 399.99. RobotKiller has the transcribed text: ""this call is in regards for the renewal of your computer services as you are a registered customer so $399.99 will be deducted from your account if you wish to cancel or stop the payment please press 1 or call us back at our toll free number"". Never identifies itself, so scam, and will report to FTC
Does anybody else getting calls from this number? It called me just few minutes ago 7/3/2020. I didn't answer because I didnt hear it and now I think it is not good idea to call back.
