I have received this alert a number of times recently but I thought it was a scam. I called Keybank directly, 1-800-Key2you, and was told this is a valid number from their fraud department. There were in fact fraudulent charges attempted and they blocked those charges. I am getting a new card. I suspect there was a data breach although they didn't say that. But how else would this be happening?
