was female robo call automated voice who said they were Microsoft help desk. I hung up after I heard that.

Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 8/4/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
