Number on my id list. I have it as an Auto rejected call. I guess they have tried to call once before and I did not answer so I checked the number and found out they were fraudulent. I DO NOT answer numbers I don't recognize on my phone. If they are a legitimate caller, they will leave a message. If not, then I proceed to block them via my blocking software that captures the number as auto-rejected. It's a shame in this day and electronic age that you can not find the actual name of a number as it's been monetized. Only law enforcement has access to this information but that's fine with me. They need to find criminals and catch them in their nefarious actions. I just don't answer my phone anymore unless the number and name pop up on my screen or I know I'm expecting a call. Then, if it's someone I need to keep in contact with such as a doctor or professional person, I put them in my contact list.
They call multiple times a day with no message. If it is really fortvia credit like another person is stating, we should all be thankful for that. The law says if they call more than 2 times in a day or 4 times in a week you can get the balance removed from your credit for harassment. After, they payout more than they are making, they might think about how many times they call a person. File a complaint thru the BBB n ask for the debit to be removed from credit for harassment. After, review if you can prove the calls you should be released from the liability. Or that’s what a lawyer has told me anyway,

Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 5/7/2020
