I got this call after getting a text from my bank about a fraudulent purchase made on my debit card. If you're not sure, call your CU or bank before calling this number back. I just didn't recognize the number until I searched online for it. They had my phone number saved and only asked me to confirm information I've already given my bank.

Didn't answer but looking at previous comments it was probably about fraudulent activity on my account. I did have a block on my card.

855-959-1178 they called me over the weekend stating ""verify recent activity"". They could not locate my account using my number. I spoke to a live person. They asked for my full name and phone number. They found no unusual activity and recommended I call Bethpage Federal Credit Union which is my bank. When I called Bethpage on Monday, they found no unusual debit card activity and did not recognize the phone number that called me over the weekend.

Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
