It is the State of CT Emergency Alert sending you a recorded message about something important happening in CT. But our landline pegs it as spam. Thanks to Frontier it says “potential spam” on the caller ID, so I bet no one ever picks up!

I would receive this phone number 8609203337 on my landline at home for the past month. They are calling mostly during the day time. The caller ID does not list who is calling other than the phone number. The caller would always hang up and not leave a voice message. I do not know how this person got my unlisted phone number. Maybe it is a telemarketer, even though my unlisted phone number is on the Do Not Call list.
