Received a suspicious calendar-style message about a Norton LifeLock subscription renewal. The wording was clean and convincing, but it clearly aimed to scare me into acting quickly by saying the cancellation window had already passed. Rather than calling the provided numbers, I reported them and sent the email to anti-phishing organizations.
Looks like a phishing attempt disguised as a calendar invite. It was surprisingly well-written and claimed a Norton LifeLock renewal would be charged from my saved payment method. It tried to create urgency by saying I had only 48 hours to cancel—implying it was already too late and pushing me to call. Instead of responding, I reported both numbers and forwarded the email to the appropriate phishing channels.
