Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 6/18/2020 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
Is anybody getting calls from the number 8652170389 ? Called me a few times recently but I didn't answer, I was at work. Do you think it's a good idea to call it back? to be honest, I'm afraid of any unwanted costs. Happened to me in the past.
