Had the certificate number of the computer and indicated they had taken 299.99 from my account in April 2018-they had not. Very pleasant and professional. On the phone an hour and they were going to send money to my account via western union-in the end wanted my debit card number which I would not give them. He then said ""f---off *****"". Wow these folks had a lot of info and could access my computer.
