Got a message today from Linda Connor, without identifying which organization she was with. Stated that with so many recent changes they needed to discuss student loan repayment options. She didn’t specify for who though, because we have 2 student loans in the household. Sounds a lot like a scam.

I received the same message from the same person. Called back but was unable to speak to ""Laura"". ""George"" said he could help me. When I said I needed to know which of my children (I have 2 in college) they were calling about, he couldn't tell me (didn't know) and our call was disconnected. Obviously, not legit.
