Email saying sender is paypal and had unauthorized charges. Phone number on the email is 866-311-2644 which doesn't seem to be connected to paypal.
Got yet one more bogus scammer calling about the California Cares credits of $26K per employee. She called from 726-224-9427, but says to call 866-311-2644.
