8663949053 called me as well, I to don't answer calls that I don't recognize or doesn't show in my caller ID, but they did leave me a message, said it was At&t direct tv, saying that I was approved for a discount on my account or subscription, something to that effect, but I don't and never have had an account with them.
They called me from the number 8663949053 No message left. Not calling them back. Waste of my time. I do not know who this is nor do I answer calls from people I don't know. If you don't leave a message I won't call you, and more than likely if I don't know you I won't call you back.
