Same as previous comments. I knew it was a scam. I let them blab, save the message and ignore. It is BS. They think they can dangle a carrot and you will take the bait. Don't answer, it is waste of time.
They call constantly about getting a refund from my computer support company. I don't have a computer support company. I just delete and block, then I get another call from another number. At least 2 or 3 times a day. Then I block that one too. So annoying.
