I don't answer toll-free numbers. No message left.
Called 4 times yesterday, never left a message. This morning called at 8:40. I guess they will call a few more times today. no sense in blocking the number they just use another one.
Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
