This number calls me constantly. Lately it rings once and then somehow goes to my voicemail. Voicemail is a recording stating they are calling from AT&T / Directv about some promotion.
I don't know how many times this number 8665401123 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week 3/8/2021. In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday and today in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. That's why I think it is a telemarketer.
