Call called my 87 year old mother-in-law and said she was a contact person on this account.. My mother-in-law has had that number for only 2 years. She moved here from Cali. How did he get her number? I never use her for a contact person. Caller claimed to be an attorney at Avery Law Firm trying to get me to send $5000 to stop a lawsuit for a car loan supposedly from 2007 from Citi Bank. I've never had a loan with Citi Financial. He had my social and some bogus claim number. The caller ID said Bank of America, but he said it had nothing to do with BOA. He needs to be stopped.
