I didn't receive a call from this number but from another unknown number that gave me the call back number of 866-575-8244. And then followed up with a student code they told me to reference when I call back. The only issue I have is every time they call the number gets marked by my phone as spam and never rings and they leave the same message every time.

Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number

Someone called me from the number 8665758244 . After the phone quits ringing and goes to Voice Mail they hung up and didnt leave any voice message. I suggest to not answer the phone when the caller phones you. The caller may want to know what time/day you pick up the phone to know when you are home, so they would know when to call you again.
