Called at 3:26AM saying, "This is Vanguard, for your one time security code, press !"
They called me from the number 8666654386 No message left. Not calling them back. Waste of my time. I do not know who this is nor do I answer calls from people I don't know. If you don't leave a message I won't call you, and more than likely if I don't know you I won't call you back.
