+1 (877) 826-7066 Is a scam calling for debt collector for capital bank
Weird call, connection sounded distant & distorted. Foreign accented lady(asian to my ears) asking if I was (one-syllable name). I said ""No"". She then said OK we are going to record this call. So are you Mr. (another non-standard English one-syllable name). I hung up. Didn't identify themselves in any way.
Got a call this morning. I was at work so didn't answer. I don't call back unknown numbers, which I think is good behaviour because of possible unwanted costs. Some time ago I had call from similar number
