Called to offer deep discounts on my existing DIRECTV subscription. The suspected scammer offered to give me a 50% discount for three years as long as I pre-paid $300 upfront. I called ATT on a known-good number and they told me they had no knowledge of such a promotion. Proceed with extreme caution if you get a call from this number!
Got a call from this phone number today in the morning 2/3/2021 , they left no message. It is risky to answer any unknown calls. In a lot of cases they get paid for every pick up call even though they don't get to fleece you. If it's anybody important or that you know they will leave a message on voice mail.
