Letter uses multiple deceptive statements to make it appear as an official government document: "Penalty for Private Use $300 " "FORM 9550-WARR" "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE NEEDED" "REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED" "Based on your mortgage lender's requirements for your current loan, you may be required to have a home warranty in place.... Letter references old deed information pulled from property records to make it appear to be from/in reference to your mortgage lender or local government. Tells you to call the "Warranty Dept" at 877-891-9767 or 877-956-4502 for spanish. Does not list a return address or give any sender information except for a very small print "Superior Home Protection is not affiliated with your current mortgage holder" at the bottom of the page.
