Eventually, I told the guy that I didn't trust the call and I would call back after I checked on the things he had told me. He said his name is Jack Williams, and ask for him.. LOL! Within 5 minutes, I received an email from Amazon notifying me that there was an attempt to access my data.

Never a good sign when someone calls but leaves no message; sorry, but the only way to reach me when I don't recognize number is to leave a voice message. They called me today early morning 3/22/2021
