A man called me from this number and wanted to have a recorded conversation. First, I told him that my number was on the national do not call list, so his call was an FCC violation. Second, I told him three times I would not agree to anything unless he told me who he was and why he was calling. He said that if I agreed to have the conversation being recorded then he would tell me. I told him,"No." Finally, I told him he was not a legitimate business and hung-up.
