DEFINITE SCAM: The call from 1-888-302-4985 stated that my account would be charged $1500 for automatic software renewal unless I called back and cancelled today. The caller did not give the name of the company or what the ""software"" was/is that they were charging me. Category: Scam suspicion

States company name is global IT, a security firm, dealing with Microsoft viruses. Said I paid them $300 in 2016 for a 4 yr subscription for their service & that they will be deducting $1500 to re-up. They are unable to verify any of my account info (bc they can't be sure I'm telling the truth about who I am. To my knowledge, I've never signed up for this, bc I have no need for it. They want you to fill out a 'cancelation' form, over the phone. PHISHING SCAM

DEFINITE SCAM: The call from 1-888-302-4985 stated that my account would be charged $1500 for automatic renewal unless I called back and cancelled within 24 hours. Funny thing. I recently changed my phone number (and it is unlisted). The caller did not give the name of the company or what the ""service"" was/is that they were charging me.

They called me from the number 8883024985 No message left. Not calling them back. Waste of my time. I do not know who this is nor do I answer calls from people I don't know. If you don't leave a message I won't call you, and more than likely if I don't know you I won't call you back.
