I don't have nor have I ever had an account with AT&T or DirecTV.
I don't know how many times this number 8883090984 called me. I think it keeps calling since last week . In the beginning they called me in the morning but yesterday in the afternoon. Maybe they want to check which part of the day I am able to answer the phone. Strange
