Called and said they were amazon fraud department for a suspicious charge. Checked my account and there's no such charge. Calling Amazon directly. Verified with Amazon, it is spam.

I picked up but no one responded so I am assuming that it is some form of auto-connect on voice system, I had music in background which may have confused it. No idea yet if it is nuisance sales type call or criminal spam, will report if it calls again.
