This is a company called SPH Analytics. They like to present themselves as if they are practically a side branch of your current health insurance company, as if your insurance was so concerned for your well being that they chose to have a follow up on your care. In reality, this place is hired to take all of your info as a human being, and turn you into a statistic so that Big Insurance can decide what to do with you and others with similar problems, so that they can lose as few pennies as possible. We all know the reality of it, it is what it is. Money-hungry corporate insurers aren't the only ones, this is used by Gov-funded healthcare too. They just want to "care" for people in the best way, by making sure that they aren't covering services when they can get away with it - wait, I mean, when the patient will have a good outcome!! Apparently this benefit to insurance companies is worthy of spreading our HIPAA information far and wide, even though it dehumanizes patients and removes the ability to get care that is individualized to each unique person. But hey, at least every one will get a "standard" level of care, right? It will be a subpar standard, but at least that mediocrity is applied evenly, thanks to companies like this one, putting their nose into every detail of your health business! Even without all of this nonsense, I would NEVER give out my info to a company like this. Anyone in the world could call claiming to be this company, or one just like it, just to scam info. Numbers can be spoofed to appear like this one too, the only real way to guarantee that you have the right company is to call them yourself, no matter what kind of business it is. TLDR: They want your health info because all health insurers (government & private alike) would rather turn you into a cheap number than lose money by caring about you as an individual. But numbers are spoofable & anyone could claim to be them, so avoid giving your HIPAA protected info when it isn't required.

Yesterday 12/2/2021 the number 8883512341 phoned me several times. I couldn't answer it. Later I called it back. I was rejected. I called it later again but there was silence on the other side. I think it is nothing important.
