called my son and then me from a 541-215-6963 Pendleton, Oregon number saying a lawsuit is pending and to call this number SCAM

had someone call me from 1-863-225-4369 that gave me this 1-888-489-1391 said that my son had a law suite pending and then they gave me a case number, I asked what county was is filed in they said it has not been filed. But to call the number above and they would give me all the information. YEAH Right...called the number and they didn't even give me a name of the company. FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number 8884891391 called me yesterday when I was driving. Then it called me again in the morning but I was at work and couldn't answer it. I was trying to call back several times but the line was engaged. I'm sure they will call me again but I feel it's a telemarketer.
